Applications of BBa_K173012

The UNIPV-Pavia iGEM 2009 team tried to use this part to characterize BBa_K173010 device. Unfortunately, using a range of IPTG induction from 0 mM to 2 mM, all the GFP levels were equal and were the same as a negative control (non-fluorescent strain). BBa_K173010 sequence was confirmed, but BBa_K173012 has not been sequenced. The experiment failure could be due to sequence inconsistency. Further analysis should be performed on this BioBrick.
